I would not hesitate to recommend Vicki and Paul as training practitioners. Their willingness to align the training objectives with our organisation’s specific goals and requirements was excellent and the clarity of their delivery and the overall impact of the training on participants was second to none.
As a carer and parent of a child with a disability, Vicki’s direct experience and knowledge of the topic shines through in the training. The inclusion of real-life examples and case studies enhanced the training experience for our members by providing practical illustrations of concepts and strategies including the Social Model of Disability. It helped participants to understand the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and how to address them effectively in their roles as public representatives.
Engagement and Interaction at training events are important to our organisation and Vicki and Paul were excellent in encouraging active participation, engagement, and interaction among participants. Their training method of encouraging group discussions and allowing opportunities for questions and answers really shone through on both days.
